Welcome to Plaschem International. By accessing or using our website, services, or products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging in any business with us.

1. General Terms

Plaschem International operates as a sourcing and indenting partner, connecting clients with trusted global suppliers. We do not maintain local stock and act solely as an intermediary between clients and principals or manufacturers.

2. Order Placement

Orders can be placed through our official Enquiry Form, email, or Purchase Order (PO). Once we receive an order request, our sales team issues a Proforma Invoice (PI) for client confirmation. After approval, the order is confirmed with our respective supplier or principal.

3. Payment Terms

We generally operate under Letter of Credit (LC) at sight terms. No advance payment is required before confirming the order with our principals. Payment terms are subject to mutual agreement and must be clearly stated in the Proforma Invoice.

4. Pricing and Currency

All prices are quoted in the specified currency (usually USD) and are valid for a limited period as mentioned in the quotation or PI. Prices may vary depending on market conditions, supplier updates, or changes in raw material costs.

5. Shipment and Delivery

We operate under Ex-Works (EXW), Free on Board (FOB), and Cost and Freight (CFR) delivery terms, depending on the agreement. Shipping arrangements are usually managed by the supplier, while our logistics team keeps clients updated on shipment progress.

Plaschem International is not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping lines, natural disasters, or any circumstances beyond our control.

6. Documentation

All shipments are accompanied by essential export documents, including:

• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List
• Bill of Lading (BL)
• Certificate of Origin (CO)
  Additional documentation may be provided as per client or country requirements.

7. Product Quality and Claims

We ensure products are sourced only from reputed suppliers and meet the agreed quality standards. Any quality or quantity claims must be reported within 7 working days of receiving the goods, supported by proper documentation and testing reports.

8. Limitation of Liability

Plaschem International acts only as a trading intermediary and cannot be held liable for any indirect loss, delay, or damage arising from supplier actions, shipment delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

9. Confidentiality

All client and supplier information is treated as strictly confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose any business-related information to unauthorized third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
