What we do

01. Order Placement
Clients can contact us through our Enquiry Form, email, phone, or by submitting a Purchase Order (PO). Once received, our sales team reviews the inquiry, issues a Proforma Invoice (PI), and confirms the order with the supplier after client approval.
02. Payment Terms
We usually operate under Letter of Credit (LC) at sight terms to ensure transparency and trust in every transaction. No advance payment is required before confirming the order with our principals, and confidence throughout the process.
03. Sourcing & Coordination
After order confirmation, our team maintains continuous communication with principals and suppliers to ensure accurate sourcing. Plaschem strictly as a sourcing and indenting partner and does not maintain local stock.
04. Shipment & Delivery
We typically operate under Ex-Work, FOB and CFR delivery terms. Shipping arrangements are usually managed by the supplier, while our logistics and sales teams keep clients updated on shipment progress through face-to-face meetings, email, and phone communication.
05. Documentation Support
Each shipment is accompanied by essential documents, including the Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (BL), Certificate of Origin (CO) etc. We also assist clients with import documentation and customs clearance when required.
06. Post-Delivery Support
Our service continues beyond delivery. We provide follow-up support such as sample testing, feedback collection, and technical assistance to ensure complete customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
